1. When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are processed & dispatched the same day between Monday-Friday, depending on what time your order is placed. To ensure your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also take into consideration that on release dates, these times might have delays due to larger volumes of orders at once.

2. How long will it take to arrive?

Based on which shipping option you choose, anywhere between a few working days and a couple of weeks for all orders outside of the United States of America. These options and descriptions are also all stated upon checking out. We HIGHLY recommend using a tracked service to track your package(s) from A-Z without any issues.

3. I ordered the wrong size item, can I exchange it for another?

Teamexcite.jp uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, teamexcite.jp print on demand service offers a free reprint or a refund if you them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with their team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

4. What is your refund policy?

No refunds will be made after payment and all sales are final; Please note that teamexcite.jp or the print on demand service will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

5. What currency is the store priced in?

US Dollars – We are an international company both trading and selling in the USD currency.

6. What payments does Team Excite! accept?

Team Excite! is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance that your country may have in place. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected on your end.

Please also take the time to review your order before finalizing everything, including the correct inventory & variants to your desire, name & address to ensure all items reach you quickly & safely. Once the order has been finalized & processed, there will be no alterations from that point.
